Iyad Uakoub, SHRM-SCP, is an award-winning executive coach, a Silicon Valley-based HR leader, and a Stanford/Harvard-trained behavioral scientist/Org psychologist. Over the past 20 years, Iyad has led People, L&D, and Inclusion at various organizations, including three tech unicorns. He holds the Head of People, Culture, and Behavioral Science position at Sounding Board Inc., a VC-backed leadership development company in the San Francisco Bay Area. He provides strategic direction on learning design and impact to enterprise-level clients worldwide, including EY, Intel, Zoom, Netflix, Chime, and others.

He founded Sparathon, a San Francisco-based coaching consultancy for founders and leaders, merging leadership coaching with applied behavioral science and design. His coaching portfolio showcases over 200 leaders from more than 100 organizations, including Yahoo, Cisco, Mozilla, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Bill.com, Mercury, 500 Global, Localized, TechWadi, Amideast, Jusoor, Fulbright, Misk, KAUST, Stanford, Harvard, Faisal Holding, World Bank, and the UN. Educated at institutions like Purdue, USF, Stanford, and Harvard, Iyad's doctoral pursuit delved into self-regulation, adaptive leadership, and workplace inclusion. Iyad is MENA's first Arabic-speaking Designing Your Life Coach since 2019. His other certifications include iPEC, ACE Virtuoso for top 1% coaches (under D. Peterson & D. Goldsmith), Stanford Behavior Design Lab (by BJ Fogg), Psychological Safety Practitioner, the International Coaching Federation, and Sounding Board. Honored with titles like '40 Under 40' and 'Who’s Who in America,' Iyad provides strategic advisories to HR.com, HBR, and the ICF’s Digital Coaching Committee.
